Swimming Pool Inspection

We Offer Swimming Pool Inspections in the Severn, MD Area

A swimming pool inspection is important when purchasing a home with an existing pool.  Our swimming pool inspection will evaluate the condition and safety of the pool.  The inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a pool designed to identify defects of pool/ spa systems and components.

During the inspection, our professional inspector will evaluate the visible components of the pool including the deck, equipment, circulation systems, electrical systems, cleaning systems, heater and accessories, and pool safety features.  Our swimming pool inspection will evaluate:

Whether fencing, gates, and protective equipment meet legal requirements;
Whether the pool deck is in an operational and safe condition;
Whether pool filtration equipment is functional or requires maintenance;
Whether pool drains are covered to prevent entrapment;
Pool surface and shell condition;
Pool pump and equipment functionality;
GFCI protection for all exterior receptacles around the pool and proper grounding and bonding of equipment;
Visible leaks around accessible pipes and fittings;
Water clarity;
Pool light functionality;
Pool heating equipment functionality;
Fuel lines installation and safety concerns.
